## 自助排查

* 先查阅[常见问题](/help/faq)与[错误处理](/guide/errors)。
* 在控制台检查令牌状态、可用模型和账户额度。
* 使用[请求 ID](/guide/request-id)关联调用记录，核对接口路径、模型和错误码。

## 排查信息

记录问题发生时间、请求 ID、期望与实际结果，以及最小复现步骤。
保留必要的报错信息；不要提供 API Key、Authorization 或客户原始内容。
